Welcome to the Radulescu Lab at Mt. Sinai!
We conduct our research in the Departments of Psychiatry and Neuroscience at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Mount Sinai Center for Computational Psychiatry.
We are a computational cognitive neuroscience lab that studies how cognitive and affective dynamics shape mental health. We seek to understand how people learn from and adapt to their experiences, how these learning processes influence thoughts and emotions over time, and when they contribute to resilience or vulnerability to psychiatric illness. By uncovering the dynamic mechanisms of cognition and affect, we aim to inform more precise and effective mental health interventions.
